Screenprint Separation Order Info

STEP 1 Fill out the questionnaire

----Before we can start on creating your screenprint separations we need to know some info about your particular project and production setup. We ask this information to be perfectly clear of what you need and to ensure that the way in which we separate your design can be printed with the equipment you have access to. Please be sure to answer all the questions presented, if you are uncertain of an answer simply respond with "don't know". Once your info has been received we can look over your request and if additional details are needed we will contact you to review this information.

STEP 2 Send a deposit

----If we don't require any further information from you we will proceed to create an estimate for your request based on the specifications we have been supplied. Once you have received the estimate and wish to go forward with the project a deposit of 50% of the estimated costs will be required and this amount will be outlined in your estimate. Acceptable methods of payment are a cheque made payable to "Bomb Garden Graphics Studio" and mailed to our office, cash if you are in the local area and wish to stop by the office in person, or a credit card payment can be made through Paypal. We opt to use Paypal to handle our credit card transactions due to the great security and service they provide, and it ensures that no one will have access to your credit card information other than Paypal, a service which has some of the highest security methods currently available.

STEP 3 Creating your separations

----Once your deposit has been processed we will go forward with separating your design.We will take the information from your questionnaire and create the separations based on the image you supplied as well as your printing specifications. If alterations to the image are required to make the image printable on your available equipment, the design will be modified and a revised proof will be sent to you for approval.

STEP 4 Finalizing your design

Once approval has been received verifying the final image size(s) you would like your separations created at, you will be sent a payment request for the total separation costs minus your deposit. Once full payment has been received your design will be sized for print, and depending on your choice of delivery the final films will be outputted and shipped, and/or the final production files will be created and sent. These films or files can then be used to have your design printed.
