Acceptable methods of payment are either a cheque made payable to "Bomb Garden Graphics Studio" and mailed to our office, cash if you are in the local area and wish to stop by the office in person, or a credit card payment can be made through Paypal. We opt to use Paypal to handle our credit card transactions due to the great security and service they provide, and it ensures that no one will have access to your credit card information other than Paypal, a service which has some of the highest security methods currently available.
STEP 3 Creating your Illustration
----Once your deposit has been processed we will go forward with your design. Depending on how involved of a design you have requested and what kind of a budget you have to work with the design process will vary. Economy based designs are generally given a single initial layout, this layout for the most part is quite polished and very close to the final product. We tackle our economy based designs in this manor to try and keep design time to an absolute minimum. Eliminating the process of thumbnail sketches, rough layouts, rough color layouts, to arrive at the final design means things tend to take a lot less time, and as a result designs can be completed with a smaller budget. With any design that is on a tight budget revisions need to be kept simple and quick, as doing major overhauls on a layout can add to the overall costs, this is why it is extremely important to inform us of all design details prior to any work beginning. By supplying us with all the required information we can be sure to create exactly what you need in the quickest amount of time possible.
----More involved illustrations will generally require the creation of an initial rough layout, this is created to establish the general look and feel that an image is going to have. This initial rough is done in black and white, any illustrated details are kept to quick sketches and is intended to only show the initial "blueprint" for the design. This initial stage is the best time to modify the layout as changes are much easier to make on the rough than on a polished illustration. Once this rough is given the green light we go on to creating a finished black line layout, in this stage the layout is still in black and white but all sketches are cleaned up and finished black and white illustrations are presented. Once the black line layout is approved, the design then goes to color, in which we lay down the basic color concept for your design. Any modifications to the color scheme should be made at this time.
STEP 4 Finalizing your design
Once the coloring of the design is approved and the complete layout is finalized you will be sent a payment request for the total design costs minus your deposit. Once full payment has been received your design will be sized as per your direction, and the final illustration file(s) will be created, depending on your choice of delivery the final image(s) may be burnt to disc and mailed, delivered via email or both.
